Due to the personal care and health-related nature of our products, returns and refunds are handled under strict conditions for safety and hygiene reasons.
2. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
A return or replacement may be considered only if:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
Returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or incorrect storage by the customer.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Opened or used products
Products purchased under discounts or promotions (unless damaged)
Products returned without original packaging
4. Refund Process
Once a return request is approved, the product must be sent back as instructed by our support team.
After inspection, refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method or bank transfer, where applicable.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or damaged delivery from our side.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, refunds (if approved) will be processed via bank transfer after confirmation of customer details.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
